John Aldag grew up on a farm on the prairies, where he learned the value of kindness, hard work, and the contribution that rural communities and agriculture make to our food security and our common prosperity.

A resident of Langley for nearly two decades, John represented his community for seven years in Parliament as a member of the federal Liberal party. Inspired by David Eby, he joined the BC NDP and is running to give the people in Langley-Abbotsford a representative in the legislature that’s on their side.
